This one-day diet will help you get rid of toxins from your body and reduce the circumference of your waist. All you have to do is follow strictly the regime for 12-14 hours. Here you can see the steps of this easy diet, making everyone happy with its results.
- Start your day with a refreshing drink. At 8.00 o’clock drink 1 cup of hot water, in which you have squeezed a slice of lemon juice. This fluid should be taken immediately after getting out of bed.
- After two hours, take your second very important drink for the day. This is 1 cup of hot water in which you have squeezed the juice of 1/2 orange.
- At 12.00 it is time for your third drink, which is a cup of green tea.
- An hour later you can take 1/3 glass of carrot juice and a glass of cold water.
- At 15.00, drink a cup of your favorite tea at your choice.
- 18.00 is the time to enjoy a juice of pear, pineapple or other favorite fruit.
- At 19.00, it is again time for a cup of green tea.
- At 21:00, take a glass of water with the juice of 1/2 grapefruit.
- Before going to bed, drink a glass of water with lemon juice.
